Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable

Housekeeping Associate

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of comfort and service for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards. Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces and floors. Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the supervisor promptly. Replenish cleaning supplies and manage housekeeping trolleys efficiently. Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times. Assist with laundry duties if required (washing, drying, folding). Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly. Ensure all rooms are ready for guest arrivals within assigned timeframes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but not required. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina - ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
