Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort across guest rooms and public areas at Fragrant Nature Resort. The role plays a vital part in delivering a luxury hospitality experience by ensuring rooms and facilities are clean, well-presented, and welcoming at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, and balconies according to resort standards Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, spa areas, and staff areas Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly Follow resort hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards Respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens Adhere to grooming, uniform, and professional conduct standards Support sustainability and eco-friendly practices of the resort

Qualifications & Skills

High school education preferred Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift as required Positive attitude and team spirit Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
