Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Housekeeping Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment for guests, residents, or staff. This role is essential in ensuring a positive and comfortable experience by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and/or guest rooms Replace linens, towels, and restock amenities as needed Ensure all rooms and common areas meet company cleanliness standards Handle reasonable guests or resident complaints/requests professionally Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults or issues Follow all health and safety regulations Work efficiently and with minimal supervision Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Prioritization and time management skills Working quickly without compromising quality Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift, push, and pull up to [X] lbs

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
