Key Responsibilities

Room Maintenance

: Supervise and ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are cleaned and well-presented

Team Supervision

: Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to maintain high cleaning standards and efficiency

Inventory Management

: Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and cleaning materials to avoid shortages or wastage

Quality Checks

: Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep

Guest Satisfaction

: Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience

Coordination

: Work closely with the front office and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and room readiness

Health & Safety Compliance

: Maintain proper hygiene standards, ensure the use of safe cleaning practices, and follow hotel policies
