Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Household Operations Management



Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff. Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and upkeep of all areas of the residence. Oversee laundry, linen care, and wardrobe management. Monitor property systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and report maintenance issues promptly.

2. Staff Supervision & Training



Manage and schedule household staff to ensure proper coverage. Train new staff on service standards, etiquette, and safety procedures. Conduct performance reviews and ensure teamwork within the household.

3. Inventory & Procurement



Maintain inventory of household supplies, groceries, and cleaning materials. Oversee purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery. Manage budgets and control household expenses efficiently.

4. Guest & Family Assistance



Ensure residents and guests receive professional, discreet, and personalised service. Coordinate guest arrivals/departures and prepare rooms accordingly. Assist in planning and organising family functions, dinners, and events.

5. Vendor & Maintenance Coordination



Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Schedule regular maintenance for appliances, vehicles, and equipment. Ensure security and safety systems are functioning properly.

6. Administrative Duties



Maintain household records, staff attendance, and maintenance logs. Prepare monthly expense and operational reports for management. Handle correspondence, deliveries, and petty cash accounts.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a House Manager or similar hospitality/housekeeping management role. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control. Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and property maintenance standards. Discretion, confidentiality, and a professional attitude at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:



Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential or hotel management. Multilingual ability is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
