Policy & Procedure Enforcement:
Ensure strict adherence to security protocols, access control, and emergency plans.
Operations Oversight:
Manage daily security functions, including patrols, surveillance monitoring (CCTV), and system maintenance.
Incident Response:
Promptly respond to alarms and emergencies, mitigating risks and maintaining order.
Risk Management:
Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and prevent threats.
Reporting & Liaison:
Maintain detailed records, report incidents, and coordinate with management
Experience as a security guard.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Observational skills and conflict resolution ability.
Knowledge of security technology (CCTV, alarms).
Ability to develop and implement security strategies. and external agencies (like police).
