Key Responsibilities
Plate South Indian dishes as per standard presentation guidelines
Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately (idli, dosa, meals, combos, etc.)
Ensure correct portion size of food, chutney, sambar, and accompaniments
Maintain food temperature, freshness, and quality
Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
Avoid leakage and spillage during packing
Use proper packing materials and labeling where required
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams during peak hours
Maintain cleanliness of plating and packing counter
Report shortages, damages, or quality issues to supervisor
Experience
Fresher or 0-2 years experience in restaurant / hotel / cloud kitchen
Experience in South Indian restaurant is an added advantage
Part Time also available - College students can apply
