Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to potential clients.
Prepare and send proposals, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with front office, reservations, and banquet teams for smooth guest experiences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
Represent the hotel at local events, exhibitions, and trade shows as required.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-2 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Familiarity with the local market in Siliguri is a plus.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
