Job Description

Front Desk Operations

Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of the hotel Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications Assign rooms and issue room keys or key cards
Guest Services

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Handle special requests and VIP guest arrangements
Administrative & Cash Handling

Process payments, deposits, refunds, and billing accurately Maintain guest records and update reservation systems Balance cash drawers and prepare shift reports Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk correspondence
Communication & Coordination

Communicate effectively with housekeeping, security, and management teams Relay guest feedback and report issues to supervisors Ensure smooth shift handovers and accurate information sharing
Safety & Compliance

Follow hotel policies, procedures, and security guidelines Verify guest identification and ensure data privacy Respond appropriately to emergencies and safety situations
Professional Standards

Maintain a neat, professional appearance and front desk area Deliver high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
