The Receptionist Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth guest check-in/check-out, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train front desk staff.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and reservations efficiently.
Manage room allocation and coordinate with housekeeping.
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and report generation.
Maintain guest satisfaction and promote hotel services.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in hotel front office operations (eZee knowledge preferred).
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
