Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused manager to oversee our homestays\xe2\x80\x99 operations. In this position, you will direct the day-to-day operations and activities along with setting various systems and protocols. Responsibilities:
- Manage purchases and inventory.
- Set systems and SOPs in place for growth and daily operations
- Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
- Regular Site visits and inspections.
- Carry out weekly and monthly audits.
- Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations, etc.
- Oversee personnel including kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, and gardener.
- Answering calls and taking homestay bookings.
- Create hotel management systems. (Inventory, Audits, etc)
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information, and monitor sales and profits.
- Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses.
- Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in hotel management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and hotel software.
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
