- Total Experience : 4 Years with Hotel Industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 - 2 Years of Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the hotel.
- Manage and coordinate hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and catering teams.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Monitor and optimize hotel occupancy, rates, and revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain financial records, budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the hotel and attract guests.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Supervise maintenance and upkeep of the hotel facilities.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership to the hotel staff.
- Report to upper management on the hotel\'s performance and recommend improvements.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
