Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS\' Primary Responsibilities Business Performance Discuss with Director of Operations, ibis and ibis Styles India and General Manager ibis New Delhi Aerocity and establish operating budget and financial forecast for the hotel Lead and guide the budgeting process of individual department and adhere to the established guidelines Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals Executes marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the hotel\'s business plan Efficient operation and cost control of all hotel departments and facilities Hold daily Operations and Monthly Management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for all departments Prepare and submit weekly reports to Director of Operations, ibis and ibis Styles India and General Manager ibis New Delhi Aerocity. Operations Management Understand and enforce our \'Guest Essentials\', vital to providing a consistent and distinctive brand experience for guests. Strive for operational excellence and a company culture of continuous improvement and sustainability Manager and establish positive owner relations through proper and appropriate communications with the appointed Owner\'s representative. Follow appropriate protocol in communicating with the appointed Owner\' representative and keep Director of Operations, ibis and ibis Styles India and General Manager ibis New Delhi Aerocity informed of such communications Lead and guide the Leadership team in driving the hotel revenue for all revenue centers to achieve goals and objectives set Survey and analyze competition, market trends, guest mix and needs. Evaluate and recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations Ensure proper documentations and obtain approval before commissioning marketing, advertising, sales, and promotions. Ensure all Marketing and PR Communications are in compliance with Brand Marketing guidelines Be present to personally welcome key residents and patrons, and entertain key accounts\' representatives Communicate in an effective and timely manner with Director of Operations, ibis and ibis Styles India and General Manager ibis New Delhi Aerocity matters which require his/her attention Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation. Comply with established guidelines on the hotel organizational structure and reporting lines Be visible around the hotel and show an active interest in our employees\' welfare Leadership Create an environment which encourages innovation breaks down hierarchy challenges thinking in a constructive way Foster and push others to think clearly and solve problems properly by asking probing questions Developing People - Promote integrity by fostering a \'speak-up\' culture and demands fair and respectful behavior and enforces compliance Reduces key and complex ideas and messages to clear, memorable, and compelling statements Convince others negotiate debate, find win-win solutions Creating the Future Contribute to finding solutions Think quickly formulate arguments in a quick way Able to focus on different tasks simultaneously Think about the future anticipating future trends and opportunities translate organizational strategy into appropriate local strategy Use sound problem solving skills by identifying relevant information and interpreting and evaluating it objectively Team Management Attract, train, retain 6 coach leadership team members who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation Conduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise within the management team Constantly monitor team members performance, attitude and degree of professionalism Work with Talent & Culture function to ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching, counseling and development of team members according to the changing needs of the business Qualifications Knowledge and Experience Bachelor\'s Degree from a reputable hospitality school preferred 10+years\' industry experience in Midscale International brands with minimum 1+ year of experience as Hotel Manager Strong in sales, pricing and revenue management competencies High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Fluency in a second language preferred Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
