Greet and welcome guests according to company standards, acknowledge their needs, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Front Desk Management:
Handle incoming calls, greet guests, manage the reservation system, and maintain guest records.
Dining Area Coordination:
Inform guests of table availability, direct them to their tables, inspect dining areas for cleanliness and order, and ensure dining room supplies are adequate.
Customer Service:
Answer guest questions, assist with issues or complaints, and escalate to management when necessary.
Staff Collaboration:
Work with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and timely resolution of guest concerns.
Promotional Activities:
Promote restaurant services and amenities, and identify opportunities for upselling.
Compliance:
Adhere to restaurant security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
