Lead and mentor a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Drive profitability by meticulously managing the property\'s profit and loss accounts. Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue streams while controlling costs and expenses. Implement innovative operational strategies to optimize guest experiences and loyalty. Maintain a strong rapport with suppliers, partners, and local stakeholders to foster positive relationships. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Create a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, growth, and exceptional performance. Continuously assess market trends and competitors to adapt the hotel\'s offerings and stay ahead in the industry. Skills - Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager, with a strong background in profit and loss management and operational excellence. Proven track record of successfully managing similar properties with multiple F&B outlets and banquet facilities. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and guest service standards.
