Job Description

1. Operational Leadership



Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure superior guest experience. Manage all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banquets, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Security. Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with brand and service standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and service excellence.

2. Financial Management



Develop and manage the hotel budget, P&L, and financial performance. Monitor revenue, expenses, occupancy, and ADR to achieve business targets. Lead cost-control initiatives and maximize profitability through operational efficiency. Collaborate with accounting for monthly financial reviews and reporting.

3. Guest Experience & Service Quality



Ensure exceptional service delivery and quick resolution of guest complaints. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management. Encourage a guest-centric culture across all departments.

4. Team Management & HR Responsibilities



Recruit, train, and supervise department heads and key staff. Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and team development programs. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and employee welfare standards.

5. Sales & Marketing Support



Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue. Support local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional activities. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and vendors.

6. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management



Ensure adherence to all statutory, legal, and brand compliance requirements. Oversee safety protocols, fire drills, hygiene standards, and security procedures. Ensure proper documentation, licensing, and audit readiness.

7. Strategic Planning



Develop long-term strategies for improving guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Analyze market trends and make recommendations for pricing, service offerings, and upgrades. Lead innovation and initiatives to enhance the hotel's overall performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
