Director of Sales - Resort Hotel
Lead and manage the hotel's sales strategy to maximize room, banquet, and event revenue.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event planners.
Oversee the performance of the sales team and ensure high productivity and motivation.
Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and packages.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a strong market position.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Drive business growth through innovative sales initiatives and partnerships.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through effective client relationship management.
Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
