Prepare and cook food items as per standardized recipes and menu requirements
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation
Follow daily production plans for hotel service and catering orders
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
Follow food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards at all times
Ensure proper storage of raw materials, semi-prepared, and cooked foods
Minimize food wastage and follow portion control guidelines
Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
Handle kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues
Follow SOPs and instructions given by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
