Job Description

Guest Interaction

: Welcome guests warmly, ascertain their needs, escort them to their tables, and thank them upon departure.

Reservations & Seating

: Manage reservations, maintain an accurate seating chart, and efficiently assign guests to tables.

Phone & Inquiry Management

: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information on menus and specials.

Dining Room Monitoring

: Monitor seating availability and wait times, and keep the host stand area clean and organized.

Team Collaboration

: Assist wait staff and other team members as needed, such as helping to clear and set tables.

Problem Resolution

: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.

Opening & Closing Duties

: Assist with opening and closing duties for the restaurant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
