Dedicated Restaurant Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests entering restaurant. Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure their overall dining experience is pleasant and enjoyable. A proactive team player with a focus on contributing to a positive dining experience for guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that everything guests will be needing is in order and clean
Estimate wait times for guests
Monitor guest waiting list
Provide a menu for customers and explain the specials
Answer customer's question accurately
Ensure effective and fast delivery service by the servers
Inspect dining facilities and ensure proper maintenance
Assign tasks to the serving personnel for smooth running of the business
Welcome and greet guests as they arrive
Escort guests to their seats
Schedule reservations in advance for guest
Ensure that guests receive quality service
Ensure that all guests requirement are timely met
Introduce guests to their servers
Monitor the activities of the servers
Answer calls and inquiries from customers.
Jot down reservations and bookings and coordinate with the restaurant manager and kitchen staff.
Qualification:
Diploma in HM/Hospitality or any graduate.
Good command in both spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in similar Job role.
