Front-of-House Maintenance:
Ensure the reception area and dining room are clean, tidy, and organized.
Guest Assistance:
Answer guest questions, handle complaints professionally, and address any special requests or needs.

Provide excellent customer service from the moment a guest arrives until their departure.
