Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests courteously and ensure a warm and professional welcome Manage guest seating, reservations, and waiting lists efficiently Coordinate with the service and floor team to ensure smooth table turnover Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times Handle guest queries and concerns politely and promptly Ensure guests feel comfortable and valued from arrival to seating Manage peak hours calmly while maintaining service quality

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Presentable appearance with a confident and pleasant personality Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours Prior experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer-facing roles is preferred Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
