Job Description

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a pleasant dining experience. Responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring efficient guest flow in the restaurant.

Interview: In person( Face to Face Only)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage reservations and walk-in guests using reservation software or a manual log. Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus. Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest seating. Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with managing the waitlist and providing wait times when necessary. Answer phone calls related to reservations, directions, or general inquiries. Ensure guests feel welcomed and appreciated throughout their visit. Adhere to restaurant policies and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, welcoming attitude with a professional appearance. Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask. Basic computer and reservation system skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

Standing for long periods. Fast-paced environment. Interaction with guests and staff regularly.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
