Job Description

Greeting and Seating Guests:

Welcoming guests, managing reservations, and seating customers at tables.

Managing Reservations:

Taking and organizing reservations, managing waitlists, and providing estimated wait times.

Providing Excellent Customer Service:

Addressing inquiries, offering menus, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

Maintaining the Host Station:

Keeping the host area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Assisting Other Staff:

Supporting servers, bussers, and other staff as needed to maintain smooth service flow.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Ensuring tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and presentable.

Answering Phones:

Handling incoming calls, answering questions, and taking reservations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
