Job Description

Greeting and seating guests:

Welcome customers, provide accurate wait times, manage reservations and waitlists, and escort guests to their tables.

Managing the front of house:

Keep the reception area clean and tidy, manage the seating chart, and coordinate with servers to ensure a balanced dining room.

Customer service:

Answer phones, address customer questions, and professionally handle any complaints or requests.

Staff coordination:

Serve as a point of contact between guests and staff, introducing the server to the table, and assisting other staff members during busy rushes.

Additional duties:

May include taking payments in smaller establishments, and for lead hosts, scheduling and training new staff.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
