. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess Server at Kaam.com in Mumbai. The Hostess Server will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Hostess Server will need to handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a professional manner. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer complaints Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks High school diploma or equivalent, with additional hospitality training preferred
