Providing Information:
Answering guest inquiries about the menu, restaurant services, and wait times.
Assisting with Service:
In some cases, hostesses may also assist with tasks like taking initial drink orders, delivering food, or assisting with clearing tables.
Creating a Positive Experience:
Providing excellent customer service, being attentive to guests' needs, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
