LA POZ PALACE- The luxury Dine-in is looking for Talented Hostess & Guest Relations Executive for their Restaurant For Hostess: : Attend Calls and reserve bookings for customers Attend Guests and seat them to their tables Answer any queries of customers Manage bookings for the restaurants Table management Assist staff if needed Job Qualifications: 2+ years of experience Fluent in English Strong interpersonal skills Experience in managing reservations For Guest Relations Executive : Elevate customer experience Provide information about the restaurant and concept to the customer Handle any guest complaints Assist guests for any special requirements Upsell menu items Build customer relationship Job Qualifications: 2+ years of experience Fluent in English Strong interpersonal skills Strong sales skills Prior knowledge of food and beverages Location: Kala Ghoda, Fort, Churchagte CTC offered: Hostess: 2.52 LPA to 3.00 LPA Guest Relations Executive: upto 3.5 LPA Freshers can also apply.
