JKKN Institution is seeking a Hostel Warden/Administrative Officer to manage the hostel and provide administrative support to the Director of Administration. The Hostel Warden/Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and security of the residents, and ensuring that the hostel meets the needs of its occupants.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of the hostel and ensure that it is running smoothly
• Ensure that the hostel is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
• Oversee the admission and discharge of hostel residents
• Ensure that hostel rules and regulations are followed by all residents
• Address any issues or complaints raised by hostel residents
• Prepare reports and provide updates to the Director of Administration on hostel operations
• Manage the hostel budget and ensure that expenses are within the allocated budget
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the hostel
• Ensure that the hostel is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Administration.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hostel management or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Knowledge of hostel regulations and safety requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
