Assist the HR Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and orienting new hires, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain Employee Training Records:
Keep accurate records of employee attendance, training completions, and development milestones to support payroll and compliance processes.
Coordinate Training Programs:
Help plan, organize, and deliver employee training and development initiatives, aligning with individual and departmental goals.
Employee Support:
Act as a first point of contact for training-related queries and concerns, providing guidance and solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Policy Implementation Support:
Assist in implementing HR policies and training procedures that foster a productive, engaging, and compliant workplace.
Flexible Project Involvement:
Take initiative and show flexibility in supporting the HR Manager on various training and HR-related projects to strengthen overall HR operations.
