Position Goals:
? Manage user / stake holder experience end to end in line with functional objectives for F&B/Hospitality services
? Implement and monitor corporate F&B strategy, visitor/client host management, event management service delivery framework, process & systems
? Develop and implement functional solutions in F&B/Hospitality services, establishing clear and measurable SLA's
? Manage the functional budgets for the service line
? Achieve High Customer Satisfaction Score in functional / organizational surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage consistent, standardized service delivery experience for F&B services across all Mindtree facilities
? Manage all HSE, food safety best practices & regulatory norms for F&B facilities, services across all Mindtree facilities
? Manage service experience for executive hospitality services for external customers, guests and high-profile dignitaries
? Having a strong knowledge of F&B cost management
? Responsibility for overseeing the smooth running of the kitchen and other hospitality areas across Mindtree Campus
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence change ? Exceptional interpersonal skills
? A natural desire to serve and exceed expectations. ? A proactive stance to always look to improve standards and service with a focus on customer service

Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. ? Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys. ? Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders, driving service improvement activities. ? Maintain and administer the Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) & Security & Crisis Management (SCM) programs including digital compliance tools and to implement and maintain EHS/SCM awareness programs in each facility ? Maintain facilities BCP and Crisis Management program ? Ensure key risks are identified, escalated and managed appropriately ? Food & Beverage management at facility ? Cab management for Customers/Prospect and high-profile dignitaries ? Conduct Admin survey based on which corrective actions are identified and implemented ? Compliance management with respect to statutory laws ? Attend town halls, address and resolve associate grievances ? Provide MIS reports on the operations and service performance ?
