Job Purpose
Drive the institutional & corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from Diagnostics market and handling of competition and identifying the market dynamics in order to generate annual business of 50-70lacs through customer engagement.
Accountabilities
I. Identify institutional KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
II. Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers
III. Develop team through various trainings on brand development and therapy initiatives
IV. Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers
V. Analyse business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
Education Qualification
B. Pharm. / B. Sc
Relevant Work Experience
3-4 years of sales experience in Diagnostics industry
Should have exposure to diagnostics devices and reagents
