Hospital Administrator- Multispecility Hospital Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh Exp: Min 1-2+ years in Hospital Administration | Salary: INR 2.5LPA- 3.6LPA | Industry Hospital & Health Care | Full Time Job Profile: We are Looking for a Hospital Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a Mother and Child Care Hospital in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in hospital administration and maintaining entities of hospital premises and a passion for providing excellent care to patients and their families. The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for managing the hospital\'s operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining financial stability, and providing high-quality care to patients. Role and Responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including scheduling staff, coordinating patient care, and overseeing administrative functions 2. Ensure the hospital maintains a high standard of patient care and satisfaction 3. Work closely with medical staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care 4. Ensure that hospital facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in compliance with safety standards 5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, staff, and the community 6. Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure the hospital provides the highest quality care possible 7. To ensure cleanliness of the Hospital Premises, Lab Premises and Pharmacy department 8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations 9. Manage the hospital budget and work with other department heads to ensure financial stability 10. ShiftWise Staff Management, Attendance Management and Daily /Weekly report to Management Job Specification: 1. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field 2.
