Oversee all non-clinical operations including front office, OPD management, billing, pharmacy (if applicable), housekeeping, and facility management.
Monitor daily schedules and patient flow to ensure efficient service delivery.
Ensure availability and maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment.
Implement SOPs across departments to maintain consistency and quality.
Staff Management
Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative, support, and paramedical staff.
Manage staffing schedules, leaves, and recruitment coordination in liaison with HR.
Conduct regular training and development programs to improve staff efficiency and service standards.
Patient Experience & Service Quality
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Resolve patient grievances promptly and professionally.
Regularly review patient feedback and implement necessary improvements.
Financial & Inventory Management
Monitor hospital budgets, expenditures, and cost control measures.
Ensure timely billing, cash collection, and insurance claim processing.
Oversee procurement and inventory management of consumables and supplies.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, NABH standards (if applicable), and internal protocols.
Monitor infection control practices and hospital hygiene.
Ensure fire safety, biomedical waste disposal, and disaster preparedness.
Technology & Systems
Support the use and adoption of Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Ensure accuracy of patient data entry and documentation.
Qualification : Any Degree
Experience : 2 to 4 years in hospital background
