Job Summary
The HORECA Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing sales within the hotel, restaurant, cafe, and catering segment. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent service delivery while promoting the company's products or services.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and onboard new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, caterers)
Promote and sell company products/services to HORECA customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts
Conduct regular market visits and product presentations
Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, owners, and decision-makers
Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues effectively
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Provide feedback to management on product performance and market demand
Identify opportunities for new product launches or expansion
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and daily visit reports
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
