We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused

Hookah Attendant

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of hookah preparation, flavour combinations, maintenance of equipment, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, set up, and serve high-quality hookahs as per guest preferences. Recommend flavours, mixes, and intensities based on customer taste. Ensure all hookah equipment, pipes, bowls, and hoses are clean, sanitised, and well-maintained. Replace charcoal regularly and monitor smoke quality during guest service. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised hookah station at all times. Follow safety procedures for handling charcoal and equipment. Keep stock of flavours, coals, foils, pipes, and accessories; report shortages to management. Adhere to restaurant standards for hygiene and service. Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to enhance guest experience. Manage guest requests, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Hookah Attendant/Shisha Maker preferred. Knowledge of flavours, combinations, and modern hookah trends. Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Ability to create signature mixes. Basic knowledge of lounge or restaurant service. Attention to detail and creative presentation.

Competitive and based on experience.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
