Role :- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers- Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success- Train Marketing Associates for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results- Communicate campaign recommendations back to their supervisors (Marketing Region/Project Head) very clearly and on a timely basis- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects- Writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as ideating & creating designs for campaigns- Attributes of the ideal candidate:- Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields- 1 - 3 years of related job experience- Managed multiple lead generation platforms - Social, Search, Programmatic, etc.- In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C all types of campaigns- Display, Video, OTT, etc.- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously- A good understanding of current marketing trends- Google Ads and/or Facebook blueprint certification requiredSkills :- Strong knowledge of Google Adword and/or Facebook Ads and/or other ads panel- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Self-starter who takes a pro-active approach- Strong analytical skills- Strong problem-solving skills (ref:updazz.com)
