Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Business Analyst professional, you will have to evaluate and analyze fund raising requirements, capital expenditures, prepare extensive financial models, investment memorandums, return on investment, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, manage data sharing with investors etc. Study company\'s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

- Qualified MBA / PGDM (Finance) Professional with 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.

- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modelling with Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed financial models for projects and for the overall company.

- Provide analytical forecasting, reporting, and project inputs to senior management based on financial modelling.

- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.

- Support in the capital budgeting (annual and quarterly) and expenditure planning / forecasting processes.

- Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data.

- Providing recommendations for improvement based on trends.

- Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis.

- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.

- Prepare detailed investment memorandums for prospective investors.

- Manage information and data sharing with prospective investors.
