Explain package options, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions clearly.
2. Holiday Planning & Packaging
Create customized holiday packages tailored to each customer.
Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
Suggest upgrades, add-ons, and promotional offers to enhance customer value.
3. Sales & Target Achievement
Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Upsell services such as hotel upgrades, activities, insurance, etc.
4. Booking & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers for reservations.
Ensure accurate and timely confirmations, invoices, and documentation.
Maintain smooth communication between vendors and customers.
5. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-booking support.
Build long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the process.
6. Market Research & Updates
Stay updated on destination trends, visa rules, offers, and travel guidelines.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, and booking records.
Update CRM tools and follow proper data entry procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience as a Holiday Consultant / Travel Consultant.
Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
Fluent in Hindi and English .
Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and travel booking platforms (preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
