1. All aspects of the Human Resources function, and their primary goal is to align HR strategies with the organization's overall business objectives.

2. This position is increasingly significant due to the competitive and evolving workforce dynamics. They are crucial in organisational change management, guiding the company through transformations and helping to navigate challenges related to workforce management.

3. HR collaborates with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. They lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and talent development, ensuring that the business attracts and retains top talent. They also manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
