Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and kitchen stewards
Ensure kitchen and restaurant cleanliness as per hygiene standards
Monitor daily deep cleaning of kitchen and storage areas
Maintain stock and proper use of cleaning chemicals
Train team on cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
