Job Description

• Understand user roles and design for their needs
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Tax Experts to define UX goals
• Simplify complex tax-related workflows and interfaces
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Design consistent, accessible, and intuitive interfaces
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the UX
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system
• Work in agile development teams and participate in product planning

Skill Requirement

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Knowledge of responsive web and mobile-first design
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, preferably finance or tax domain
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data- driven design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design or Computer Science or related field
*Working Hours/ Office Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
