About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
2. Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior
3. Support in running paid ad campaigns and monitoring their performance
4. Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions
5. Help track social media metrics, analytics, and reporting
6. Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing team to support overall campaigns
7. Assist in brainstorming new and creative growth strategies

Other requirements
Candidate profile:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field
2. Passion for social media, digital marketing, and branding
3. Basic understanding of major social media platforms and trends
4. Creative mindset with good written and verbal communication skills
5. Knowledge of tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite (preferred but not mandatory)
6. Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
7. Candidates are ready to restart their careers.
8. Willing to give good quality time.
9. With a long-term career objective
Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 6,000 /month
