Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for Anachem Instrument (Titrator & PH meter.
• Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning
• Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Anachem products like Titrator, PH meter, DO, Densisty , Meting point, Spectro photo meter etc.
• 4. Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs
• 5. Take ownership and deliver on the Key peformance indicators for business and operations
• 6. Responsible to build customer relationship
• 7. Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills
• 8. Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan.

What You Need to Succeed

• Diploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar field. Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices. Experience on Analytical Instruments would be a added advantage. Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage
