Years of exp:5+years Max ctc:25lpa Two way cab facility Hybrid mode Experience M - Experience analyzing and troubleshooting ITOM Discovery related issues would be highly advantageous. M - Experience enabling/configuring Service Portal and Integration Hub would be highly desirable. M - Ability to understand and modify JavaScript. M - Demonstratable experience managing platform upgrades and security patching including strong testing capability and defect management. M - Extensive experience configuring and supporting the Service Request Catalog using Flow Designer M - Solid knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 core processes M - ServiceNow Certified Administrator with minimum 2 years\' experience supporting ITSM and ITOM as the lead administrator.
