In this role, youll need
- 8+ years of IT relevant experience
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- 2+ years of development experience in ServiceNow GRC module
- Experience in developing for the Service Portal in ServiceNow
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Performance Analytics reporting
- Excellent organization skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- ServiceNow Admin Certification (CSA) highly preferred or willing to acquire
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation certifications are a plus
- Experience with various coding languages used by the platform, such as JavaScript, HTML AJAX, XML, REST, SOAP highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of development on the ServiceNow GRC platform, including client and server scripting, ServiceNow REST APIs, and custom widget development in Service Portal
