Purpose

  • Convert seminar-qualified parents through value-led counselling--matching the child to the right DJP level/language batch--without hard sell.
Core Responsibilities
  • Counselling, not pitching: Run 1:1 or group consultations; diagnose learner needs, clarify DJP method, rules, and parent pledge.
  • Fit and placement: Verify eligibility, level/language/age fit; propose batch options and timelines.
  • Admissions SOP: Share fee plan, policies, and codes of conduct; complete forms, KYC, and consent.
  • Objection handling: Address concerns (time, discipline, tech) with facts, examples, and outcomes.
  • CRM hygiene: Log every touchpoint; maintain accurate stage, probability, and next action.
  • Feedback loop: Share common parent FAQs to refine seminar scripts and landing pages.
