Estimation and Costing
Bill of Quantity
Knowledge and able to use AUTOCAD
Good knowledge about HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire Vertical Transport systems.
Understanding of Basic Instrumentation Control loops.
Familiarity with Single line diagrams and floor plans
Knowledge of open protocols like Modbus, M-Bus, BACnet, KNX, and associated protocols related to BMS system.
