Job Description
Strong knowledge of furniture production processes and manufacturing principlesExperience managing production staff and overseeing operationsUnderstanding of quality control and ability to identify defects and implement corrective actionsAbility to develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivityExcellent communication and leadership skillsGood problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAnalyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.Proven experience in a managerial role within a factory.Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.The ability to multitask.Outstanding time management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong management and leadership skills.Effective communication skills.Experience: 5 to 7 yearsSalary: 50k to 65k per monthIndustry Preference: Furniture Industry will be preferable.Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.Location: Rajpur, Ahmedabad-Mehsana highway, Gujarat (India)Office Time: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM.For More Details Call on 9714274730 or Mail send your c.v on
