To put in new route to market in low share low reach geographies across the country.

Key Objectives :
- Planning and execution of Distributor geographies.
- Subject matter expertise on distributor PNL, ROI and WOW.
- Planning and managing distributor operations across the country.
- Responsible for commercial arrangement and delivery of distributor ROI, is key as we are adopting a different RTM and over period of time this should bring in substantial cost savings for us.
- Cross functional work with finance, supply chain for brining value
- Capability development in organization for distributor operation.
- Distributor Life Cycle Management
- Distributor on Boarding
- Monthly monitoring of Distributor "No-dues"
- Conduct Distributor satisfaction Survey of partners
- Performance measurement
- Exit management
- Support to Distributor and Sales Team & Coordination with different Departments.
Desired Skills And Competencies
- Interpersonal skills
- Data analysis
- Project management skills
- Expertise in MS Office especially Excel
Salary - Negotiable for the right experienced candidates
Location - Candidate can work from Mumbai, Delhi or Any Metro depending upon his current location and can manage the business remotely.
